    See the Morning

Wow...I've been really great at this the past year.  But, hey...since I havent gone to bed yet and all I've done is homework (and made breakfast for my husband since he has a 7am class), I thought to myself...self, it's time.  So, here I am writing and starting to get really sleepy...but, I don't want to close my eyes, I dont want to fall asleep cause I dont want to miss a thing of sweet Lucas' chapel leading.  That's right, bro...Suzy and I have been waiting anxiously for this day.  It will be wonderful to see you up there...and hopefully maybe I'll get to steal a hug afterwards.

Anywho...what's been up in my life...hmmmm...well, icestorm keep me inside reading all the time except for the righteous day Suzy talked me into going ice sledding (all it took was, "hey...let's go sledding").  So, I survived with only minor bruises, but my husband and I killed Suzy by rolling over her at least three times.  But, it was the best sledding I've ever done.  Suzy stayed with us for five days cause she was out of electricity...that was a lot of fun.  Can I say I really love that girl.  God has truly blessed me with a solid friendship to help us both get through the education program.

That's the other thing that's been stealing my life: Missouri Southern Teacher Ed. Program.  But, it is almost over.  I graduate this semester and then back over to Ozark to finish my 10 hrs.  YAY!!! (no sarcasm...really looking forward to a relaxing year).

My family lost their power for a loooooong time and its still going in and out.  They had a generator hooked up a tractor running 24-7.  They bought hundreds of $'s worth of deisel.  And from what I understand, it looks like a war zone down there...all the trees everywhere are pretty much destroyed and the Ozarks were known for their beautiful trees.  Depressing.

Well, I've been married for 7 2/3 months and its amazing.  God just reaffirms his approval and will for this marriage every day.  I couldn't ask for more.

Well, these eyes are finally getting heavy...let me tell you...if you ever need a all-nighter drink...Neestles Java Ice...except i think its off the shelves again...GRRRRRRR!!!!  I was done with what I needed to do at 4:15 and just layed there wide-eyed so I got back up and wrote another paper I needed to for Friday...which is probably good b/c I'm probably going to really crash tonight.  Well, I'm going to go take a snooze before chapel.  Love you all...

Well, I suppose it's been awhile Xanga friends.  Sorry...school work has definitely come before Xanga.  But, I just wanted to let the entire Xanga World know that yes...I'm ENGAGED to the most wondeful man of God I've ever met.  There are not enough words to describe him so I guess I wont try.  But, just know that he is a gift from God and I am greatly accepting it!!  We are getting married on June 3rd in Phillipburg, MO at my home church Phillipsburg Christian Church at 2 pm.  So, that's only like 104 days away..YES!!!!  So, now I probably will be even more busy planning a wedding.  A problem worth having...
